The room was nice: it was clean; even though it was a pet friendly room there was a low pile carpet on the floor, which I find much more comfortable than wood or faux wood floors. While the shower and bathroom area did not have the most stylish decor, it was clean and in good repair and worked well. The staff were pleasant, from my check in experience, to the staff in the breakfast area, to my check out experience.

Breakfast was very nice options. Bed was clean and room was clean. Hot tubs working. The small lounge space in the lobby section is great.

The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast included a couple of hot items which is always greatly appreciated. The location was central to a few restaurants and pubs and the property had plenty of parking.

The front desk clerk, Michael, was extremely helpful and polite. Anything we needed met our expectations. Definitely would return because of your staff. Especially how helpful Michael was with checking in.

I requested a room on the ground floor and they accommodated, there was a door right out to the back court yard for the dogs to go out and run in the grass.

The room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The courtyard in front of our room was perfect for letting our little dog chase her ball. The breakfast was perfect. The staff was as always very helpful and so nice. This was our second time staying here and will always return as long as they keep up the clean, friendly service.

Michael at the front desk was super nice! The room was spacious, clean and so comfortable! As someone who often travels with pets I really appreciated the open green space they had. Definitely saving this hotel for the next time I visit.

Bed was fantastic, so comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. Great place to relax after a long day of travel. We have stayed at this property many times in the past, and will continue to do so when in the area. The staff is always very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety.....could of used a microwave.
